Managing people whilst you manage your business

Electronics qualification or experience in working with small components essential. Knowledge of Set Top Boxes, RF experience or soldering skills to small component level required.

39 hours per week Monday to Friday

Shifts are 7am – 3pm or 3.15pm – 11.15pm.

Overall purpose

- To support operational process and associated activities to ensure customer KPIs are achieved.
- To achieve a productive and consistent flow of mobile repairs through various stages of a production line.
- To ensure manufacturer/ customer procedures and quality standards are continually maintained.
- To maintain positive relationships with other members of the team within the company and work closely with other shared functions to ensure the overall success of the operation.

Specific responsibilities

- To accurately and efficiently replace all non-soldered mechanical components as per procedure.
- To accurately and efficiently replace some board mounted components as per procedure.
