In all, our customer prolongs the life cycle of run down products re-using them… giving them a second life.

Call Centre Operatives are required to work in this high product turnover factory assisting in the process. This assignment will be reviewed on a day to day basis however it maybe made permanent for the successful applicants.

Call Centre Operatives are required to have the following skills;
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable with use of telephone and able to relate to Customers, Business Partners and Colleagues in a professional manner.
• Highly organised and confident, showing good initiative and attention to detail.
• Self motivated and able to work under pressure unsupervised.
• Good analytical skills.
• Previous experience in a call centre/customer related role.
• Ability to be assertive when required.
• Good PC Skills - including Microsoft Word and Excel and Internet.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
• Flexible and adaptable in order to meet changing business demands and working environments.
• Good Team Player.
There may be other tasks that need doing as part of the process.
