Our customer is looking for a web developer to join their team based in Norwich, England.
You will be required to fully understand the existing web systems/business processes and work closely with the IS department to build and maintain creative detailed web solutions that entail graphic design and software/database development using new technologies that meet and or exceed the business/customer requirements.

The right candidate is a born problem solver, with at least 2 years commercial experience (Web Developer or Web designer role), who has a keen eye for detail, interested in creating quality robust solutions and not satisfied with quick fixes.

PRINCIPAL TASKS OF JOB:
• To understand Business/Customer needs
• To fully understand the existing web systems/business processes and work closely with the IS department
• To build and maintain creative detailed web solutions that entail graphic design and software/database development using new technologies that meet and or exceed the business/customer requirements
• Ensure compliance of our customers policies and procedures
• To have a flexible approach to work
• To attend training courses as and where necessary to ensure personal and team job skills keep pace with legislative and business developments
• To be aware of the Health & Safety requirements, in accordance with guidelines as set out in the Health & Safety manual

Professional/Academic/ Vocational Qualifications - BTEC \ IT Degree – Desired.
