Main Purpose of the Job
The role of Senior Onsite Operations Consultant will involve delivering service to the customer against contract terms and conditions and within budget.
A Consultant should also exploit and grow the business to full advantage so as to minimise cost and maximise profit.
The Consultant will keep up to date on issues pertinent to their business area and be able to forecast headcount requirements as well as financial data or trends.
Main Responsibilities
Personal Business
1. Ensure well defined process work instructions are in place and adhered to so that everyone have a clear idea of their goal and how to achieve successful delivery.
2. Ensure job specifications are received from the client, so that everyone have a clear idea of the requirement.
3. Building Client relationships in order to maximise business potential, this may include preparing written material and delivering presentations.
4. Agreeing and/or preparing bespoke financial data relating to special projects such as redundancy accruals, foreign worker costs.
5. Acting as the management interface into finance, administration and payroll
6. Ensuring that business is conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, maintaining the necessary records and creating the necessary paperwork, in order for placements to be made legally, smoothly, effectively and professionally.
7. Problem manager and point of escalation for worker issues.
8. Provide business reports as required to management and directors.
9. Provide customer Service Level reports, showing key performance indicators and chair customer meetings as appropriate.
10. Working with the rest of the account or sales team and directorate so as to achieve maximum growth outside the immediate client, assisting in the development of new business.

3. Good communicator, you must be able to receive and deliver information accurately and in an appropriate way for your audience.
4. Persuasive, you should be able to sell roles to candidates and sell candidates to clients, bringing out positive selling messages.
5. Efficient use of technology including the internet, the company’s own recruitment database and Microsoft Office.
6. The ability to produce detailed reports using excel and other work packages is essential.
7. Highly motivated with a confident and assertive approach.
8. A good clear voice and command of the English language are an integral part of this role.
9. Flexible on working hours, as some work may need to be performed out of normal office hours.
10. A disciplined approach and the ability to work alone and flexibly is very important as the job will be based at a client’s premises. The office may be a manned by a sole manager or have a full staff depending on worker headcount.
11. Ability to understand profit and loss accounts to manage a budget, to control costs and understand the use of second tiers and their place within the business.
12. Understand basic Customer and Supplier Contracts, Service Level Agreements and KPIs and be able to provide authoritative input to these documents.
