In all, our customer prolongs the life cycle of run down products re-using them… giving them a second life.
Due to continued growth, our customer is looking to initially add one call centre operative to their call centre team.
The primary purpose of the role is to answer and deal with enquiries from customers.
This requires the responsibility of taking ownership of each call and following through business processes until each individual call is completed
Skills
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable with use of telephone and able to relate to Customers, Business Partners and Colleagues in a professional manner.
• Highly organised and confident, showing good initiative and attention to detail.
• Self motivated and able to work under pressure unsupervised.
• Good analytical skills.
• Previous experience in a call centre/customer related role.
• Ability to be assertive when required.
• Good PC Skills - including Microsoft Word and Excel and Internet.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
• Flexible and adaptable in order to meet changing business demands and working environments.
• Good Team Player.
