Records Specialist
Location: United Kingdom, Cumbria
Salary: £19000 - £21000 per annum

Must have working knowledge of records and information management.
Have the ability to scrutinise different operational systems and workflows.
Monitor the capture, classification and indexing of records into the records systems to ensure all vital records are captured in a controlled, structured and compliant way.
Conduct regular reviews of records.
Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for clients
Must have min of 5 GCSE grades which include English and Maths.
A recognised records management qualification is desirable.
Strong communication skills including verbal, written, interpersonal and self presentation are essential.
Have proven managerial skills including HR, Quality and Health and Safety
This position would ideally suit someone that has worked within a filing/data storeage position.
